Haven't seen that logo; must be a late one, designed to combat imitators.

BTW, I picked up a PH open end wrench today--1 1/8" across the flats--marked 5/8 in a circle.  This one used the old size system.
I have another of the same size, but too pitted to see a size marking.
The ORIGINAL Northwoods.
