Hello, Does anyone recognize this tool? It was in with some other auto body repair & specialty tools.  MAC CF-85. Thanks, Lou

Can't see the details real well but wiper arm tool sounds good.  Older wiper arms had to be lifted of the post, where they were tensioned onto the post by the spring.  Lifting the back of the arm released it from the post.  You can test it on the '70 Dodge truck in my back yard.
