I have one of these wrenches.  I will post what info I have and if anyone needs this example, I'll send it to them. 
The wrench is not abused and no owner's marks, but it has some light pitting, making the stamping hard to read.  I can't make out the "A" number completely.
One opening is 19/32" and the other is 1/2".
