I bought this Proto #2010 tool at a flea market in Virginia for $2.00. I have no idea what it is.

Its a Chyrsler brake spring tool. Designed to remove and repalce brake shoe returns quickly. For57-59 Mopars stuff Fins baby.

Great info, I knew someone on here would know what it is. Now that I found out what to look for I even found a picture of this type tool in action. Picture is from 1955 Chrysler service brochure "The New Center Plane Brakes".
