Got one like this today--except mine has a red interior.  Original.
Can you give me a date range on it in addition to this 1950 (or earlier) ---1964 date range?

Would it be suitable--at its earliest-- for BE or H circle tools?

Here is my set that has many original pieces. You can barely make out the Heritage label on the exterior. All of the pieces that came in the box were =v= and I don't think that the New Britain supplied pieces would have come in a box with that label.

You can kind of make out the decal in this partial 1/2" drive BE set.

Based on what I see here, would it be safe to say that the Heritage logo began with BE (and/or H Circle) tools and later the =v= tools?
Based on catalogs, what year did the BE and H Circle rat sets last appear, and when did the Heritage logo first appear?
