I agree with Lou in regards to where Waterloo box's are made. I have a top and bottom Waterloo tool box that I bought in 2002 or 2003 and I think the quality is not all that good.I moved it a couple of times and the drawer slides have given me quite a bit of trouble. I'm still using it so it's not bad enough to throw out but I will not buy that brand again. It smells like China to me.

Are Waterloo boxes comparable with the Kennedy boxes when it comes to the manufacturing quality too btw?

Hello and Welcome Shearro, Waterloo used to be made here, but I think they went Chinese like most companies. With my experience, the Kennedy boxes are a little heavier than this Waterloo, but for the price, I good.
