Please help Identify wrench no. 349 DBE

  Odd old DBE wrench, each end is for 1 1/4" length is 17 1/4" each box end is eight sided

I guess its for square nuts?

8 sided wrenches usually fit hubcaps, but 1-1/4 is a bit small, perhaps a spindle nut wrench?

Edit: I see the photo in the other post, 8 sided and 8 point are a bit different...; P
