3 Year Quest - New Book
« on: March 14, 2018, 02:12:56 PM »
I've been looking at this catalog for ~3 years.  The previous owner has had it since 1958.

He knew I was interested in buying it when he was done.  Last Friday he said he was done because he can't lift it anymore.

He's always very proud of his stuff, but it is all pretty much first rate. No dickering even. He knew he had me.

1908 Kelley-How-Thomson of Duluth  Hardware Supply Catalog.   1449 pgs (a few have been cut out  )

Keep eating your Wheaties, so you can lift it for a long time!

Hoo-boy, I'd love to spend an evening or three perusing those pages!
My friends call me Bob. My wife calls me a lot worse.

I'll have to see how well it comes apart.  It has some kind if keyed fastener, like a clock key.
