Here is some pictures of some of my stuff that I have in my garage. Some of my 30 old gas engines. There is another row behind the ones you can see. I hang tools from the ceiling to save space and make them easy to get. I have saved thousands of nuts and bolts from the wrecking yard I use to work in. I buy all the USA hardware I can find cheap. I store lots of things in plastic buckets. My long work bench started out at 8 feet, grew to 16 feet. I then added 6 more on the end. The work bench on the right is on wheels so I can move stuff around as the work area grows. I still need to add more outlets for power tools. The big white cabinet above the big work bench was all built from scrap lumber. It started out as the top shelf and kept growing. In my outside shop is most of my larger power tools waiting their turn to move into the garage.

I'll bet if I just stood at the door things would start rearranging by themselves and it would be a mess in no time!  Hey it happens everyday in my shop! <grin>

Nice and neat.  Over 80 engines?

Over 80 engines. 9 of them are the big Briggs & Stratton industrial engines. I also have 3 large Wisconsin engines, 4 Clinton engines, 1 USA made Johnson Iron Horse, a Briggs & Stratton model A and a Model B, A 2 stroke Sunbeam from down under, 3 Tecumseh engines, A 1929 2 stroke Maytag washing machine engine, A Briggs & Stratton model WMB washing machine engine, a few Briggs & Stratton models 5s,  6s and a model N. The rest are newer B&S aluminum block engines. Most of my engines have cast iron cylinder blocks. I use to be a old car and truck guy but when i got real sick back in 2010 and was told I may not be around in two years I sold all the car stuff including my 56 Chevy I had owned for 34 years. I once had 22 Chevy 235 engines and a few GMC engines in this garage. I have reclaimed 1/3 of my garage and am slowing working on the other 2/3.

Where's the LIKE button.   I'm glad you're still around, but it looks like you actually have room to move around in there.   Maybe i'll do that one day in my garage...not.

Looks like a pair of fence pliers and gas pipe pliers on the one wall... you sure you don't lend tools?

Looks amazing. I could spend a day there just looking at everything. Sure also looks like a lot of work went into getting everything in a spot all nice an neat. Thanks for sharing.

I have been working out there every day for a few hours for about a year. I have been slowed down by the garage not having a heater. I had to stick extra Diet Cokes in the house because they were freezing in the garage. If I lived in a more rural area I would have a wood stove. No natural gas in my area and I think a propane heater would be just to costly.The garage is going to be my metal working shop and out back will be my wood working shop. I use to work in a shop at work that allowed me to use the bead blaster and parts washer to clean and glass bead stuff. I hope to get a bead blaster soon and a small lathe. I bought myself a stick welder a few years ago, now i need to learn how to use it. I have found the big box store buckets work good for storing stuff and keeping the spiders out. Yes p-toad those are fence pliers and gas pipe pliers. I just got a nice NOS SAVE EDGE brand farriers rasp i need to put up.
