Odd wrench marked Miller C-607

This just showed up today, my last tool find for 2016! Marked Miller C-607, fits an 1-7/8 nut, and has an offset handle. What's curious to me is the notches for grabbing the nut don't go all the way through. Perhaps this wrench is for tightening the valve on oxygen tanks? Any ideas?

Miller made dealer special tools for Chrysler, could be for one particular operation.

Front end?  gas tank? who knows

Thanks guys, that was the hint I needed. The wrench is used to remove the clutch plate nut on the Chrysler, Dodge, and De Soto Fluid Drive transmissions from 1939 to 1952. Happy New Year everyone!

I had a friend years ago that had a 1950 Dodge Wayfarer that had Fluid Drive. You could drive it like a stick or automatic. It had a torque converter and a clutch. The Chrysler Corp. was way ahead of other companies in many ways. During WWII Chrysler built a tank with a multi bank engine. 5 Chrysler 6 cylinder engines bolted together to make a 30 cylinder engine.

RIP Walter P. Chrysler.
