Sheet Metal Flanging pliars aka duckbills

Pexto, Whitney Jensen, Niagara, Malco made them anyone else?
Also they look a lot like a glass pliars too!

Hello, Oldgoaly. Around here the tin knockers call them tongs. Another maker would be Fairmount, they made (and probably still do make) straight & offset tongs. Regards, Lou

tongs to a smith would be a whole bunch of various tipped tools,
to a tin smith? roofing tongs were common at one time, top left of the back of the cart.
For 30 plus years the Whitney punches were always in the way or hiding. A few months ago I came up with a simple bracket to hang them on the back of the s/m tool cart. Why in the hell I didn't think of it 30 or 29 or 28 ..... Sure feel dumb not to have! They slip in and out so easy!

These are actually called hand seamers in all the sheet metal text books. A duck bill is a type of snips.

No glass pliers like those seamers, to my knowledge.

I've worked lots of glass. I've never seen anything like those  in a catalog or In the warehouse.
