Always check out the pocket watches, price is a bit heavy but sure do like its attachment.  Bet it works too.  ...http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mens-1927-Ball-Watch-Co-Pocket-Watch-w-Chain-Presentation-Box-SERVICED-/331510481186?hash=item4d2f908122:g:pjsAAOSwBahVDOzA

The watch or the wrench?  At that price, the watch had best work.  I can't see any threads for adjusting the wrench, so am dubious about it being a working tool.  Too bad; think how cool it would be to have a working wrench that size.

Those wrenches work. They were sold in the early 1900's for around 40 or 50 cents. They are shown in Cope's book, look under Frasse. They had different colored handles.  I have red, black, white and an off colored yellow or amber that might have originally been white. Some are engraved with a business name for advertising give aways.

Any chance that may be an Ivory handle?

I think they are all different colored plastic material. I have a few with white handles and never could determine for sure but always felt they were plastic.
