A couple of old draw knives, I.D needed for one.
« on: November 02, 2016, 03:52:28 PM »

Two draw knives that could at first glance come from the same factory yet on closer inspection share nothing.
One clearly marked Peugeot & the other marked P&M, can anyone tell me who is P&M?

Thanks in advance.

Those round handles seem, from what I've read, to be peculiarly French.  Sorry not to be able to help, other than that speculation.

Hello, I have seen that logo stamp before. Try searching Ansonia. Regards, Lou

I had a drawknife with that configuration, that was made in Germany. Perhaps it's a European thing.

  Thanks for the replies.

Almost certainly European, for some reason I thought it was British, but after getting the French one I'm now not sure.

They started out making coffee grinders.
The ORIGINAL Northwoods.

The original logo has clearly not had its coffee yet - looking very cranky!
