Have a 1940's smith and minn arc welder that still works am needing it 'appraised' and/or selling it.

It's hard for someone to give you any help with what little info your giving us. A better explanation would help along with some pictures. Is it 3 phase or single phase,what amperage and what duty cycle and does it come with cables. If so what size and length?

it will be worth something in scrap, but saving a good old tool will be worth more in manys years to come.

Smith product made in Minneapolis Minnesota originally.

Smith is now owned by ITW who is in the process of whoring another brand name.
