Bought a miscellaneous bucket at auction yesterday. It had several interesting but we'll used wrenches and a nice McCormick Deering tool box lid. Proto 7/16, small Barcalo convex, 8" Proto adjustable, etc.
And one l hadn't noticed at the bottom, a small PEXTO crescent type adjustable. I have not been able to find it on the Internet. No pix, but a thorough description:
Worn chrome finish. Hex nut jaw. Plain hanging hole. The inset portion of the handle is distinctive. The end of the inset nearer the jaws is not rounded; rather, it ends at a slant parallel to the adjustment nut enclosure.
Front side: 6 IN PEXTO FORGED
Back side: 7 ALLOY STEEL
The word PEXTO is stamped on; all others are FORGED.
Any information appreciated.
