Hello All!
I love old tools, mostly found at estate sales. Some I keep, some I sell. I occasionally find a tool that I'm unable to track down a use. Here's the current mystery. It's about 8" long and the holes seem sized to grip round or cylindrical objects with approximate diameters of 1 1/8", 3/4", and 3/8". It is made of brass or bronze, likely for either non-sparking or non-marring purposes. Other than the tags with it's numbers, there are no stamp or casting marks on the device. It was found at the estate sale of a guy that was a plumber or hvac type.
I've got a few other mysteries, but I'll do them one at a time.
Thanks!
