It does have what appears to be a casting flaw on the last E, but I am OK with that for the price.

11" long x 2 1/4" tall x 2 3/3" wide.

On many of the horse-drawn farm implements - dump rakes, cultivators, planters, etc. -  a tool box attached to the long wooden tongue, with that wooden part forming the 4th side of the box.
