Spent $9 at a barn sale...

Spotted this sale on Craigslist and it was close by so I went over after church.  Tons of junk including some vintage autos, a lot of boat motors and some really odd stuff.
Three of these items cost 50 cents each, the hedge clippers were $1, the brush $2 - everything else was 25 cents each.

A tube of Loctite pipe sealant - great stuff - sells for about $14 !!!

What is the mystery tool?
What is the application of the Cissell wrench?
Who is Buckingham Mfg. Co?
What about that handle on the Great Neck saw?  How old is that?

The hacksaw blade tool:  I usually put my broken hacksaw blades in mine and use it in restricted areas. It's nice that you can still use a broken hacksaw blade "stub" for something.

Amazing what you can learn on the site. I have had this tool for a while and could never figure what it was, a grout tool makes perfect sense now.

Buckingham I think is English and is a maker of electrical lineman type service tools. I have owned many pairs of Buckingham gaft pole climbers the type lineman strap on and walk up telephone poles with to service power lines. The knife looks to be an electrician type knife
