Classic power tool section?

What year was the Classic power tool section started?

I can remember posting in that section when it first got started

I had such a section on the original Tool Talk that was destroyed in 2011. The current one was first posted in on May 2, 2011. You joined May 5, 2011.

Ron Darner, one of our original members, was moderator of it, and a big time collector of drills and such. Sadly, Ron passed away last year.

I am sorry to hear about Ron Darner passing.
Thanks Papaw that explains why I thought I was a member before 2011.
