A Couple Whatsits

I believe I've seen this pair of cutters on here before but can't recall what they were for.
No markings at all.




And I couldn't find what C.S.C. Co. stood for.

The second pair is gas burner pliers.

Does that burner pliers really say C S C Co and not C S O Co? I'm seeing C S O and that would C C Osborne Co.
Not positive but that first pair I think are Snow chain Pliers.

You are absolutely correct, found a pair of C.S. Osborne on AA. Didn't look close enough and assumed the broken O was a C.
