Thanks john k. I do have it fully plumbed upstairs and a sink and toilet down, the walls are plywood, mostly 3/8 but some 3/4 where I wanted extra support. As far as getting two cars in, I don't think that has ever happened, there always seems to be some project filling up one bay and I have lots of toys, Bobcat,Quads and snowmobiles so the shop is usually fairly crowded with my stuff or friends stuff under repair. I'm about 1/2 hour from the nearest town and I'm one a few around the lake that have a torch and a welder so I get a fair amount of guys dropping by for a quick fix or whatever.
international3414. The P&H sign is cast iron. It came off an old 25 or 30 ton conventional crane that I had worked around for several years back in the early 1970s. I took my first ride on the headace ball on that machine and it scared the hell out of me but at the same time I loved it. The machine broke down In about the mid to late 70's and it was scrapped so I took the sign to remember my first ride on a crane ball.
