Here's another one. I don't think it is marked either, as I recall. The bottom one is Starrett.

I HAD A WHEEL BALANCER LIKE THAT . uSED IT A  LOT TO BALANCE WIRE WHEELS FOR  SPORT CARS. dID BETTER THAN MOST GARAGES AND HAD A BIG DEMAND.

kxxr - your saw is nearly indentical but it seems to be finished nicely at the end of the handle.  This saw's handle is hollow and it is cut off at 90 degrees.

Chuck - I could have used this balancer more when I was younger and changed a lot of my own tires by hand.

There was another cheap looking vulcanizer and also this one - is this a vulcanizer?  Or something else?

Not a vulcanizer.   It's a clamp for holding a steel sawing plate to a bench top.  I found it at:

Branson, that link does not seem to work?  I went to flicker and searched a few different terms and saw a lot of clamps but nothing like the one.
It makes sense for the shape of the clamp, though.
