Howry Berg Iron & Steel Works (inc) of Denver, Colorado....(Later Englewood,CO)
Kirk W. Howry & Elmer Charles Berg.
Founded 1942*, advertised a bit to buy tool patents, particularly automotive tools to manufacture.
Right after founding the war started, and they switched to war production, they are still around till the early 60's, but I don't see much else for advertising.
Someone bought them, or their factory in 1961.. (Renwell ??)
[Renwell also acquired Tull-Williams, somehow related (owner of?) to Stihl, the chainsaw folks]
They also made some small implement stuff, (sheep) dusters, sprayers , some kind of grain loader...etc
Also a one man coal loader.
*However there is a 1941 court case involving title to land that mentions them
