I can' tell from the picture, but if it is a K48 then yes.  This was the smallest one they made and are somewhat scarce.

On the other side is where you will find the K48.  They are about 5" long.

The cut-out's are less common than the solid ones but not rare.  The solid ones bring around $5 and the cut-outs around $20 more or less.

Bus or Stan would have a much better idea.  As I remember(a problematic thing at best) there is a larger one that has two hammer polls that is the least common of all.  I have never seen one of them.

PLANET JR. / 3 is relatively common.    The one in your photo is slightly bent in the shank, but not rusted or pitted, or sporting any broken or cracked letters.
The 12" long PLANET JR. 312 is the rarest -- kind of on the Biblical "pearl of great price" plane of being.

I see the Planet Jr #3 cutouts all the time. I pass them up at anything over $5. The K48 is a tad more rare but run at less than $20 online. There is a version of the K48 marked U.S.A on the back that fairly hard to find.

Here are some Planet Jr. cutouts I have found so far.  Finding the large H4 took the longest time.
