Not sure if it has another set of jaws or not. The hump at the top has an opening for a pipe or whatever they used. I'll get a pic of the opening here in a minute.

What is this called? Has pat'd Nov. 16, 1875 on it. Side view is what is holding up the vise.

Forgot to add that the opening is 7/8" so it was probably 3/4" galvanized pipe.

Guess that means why I came up empty looking around for it at vises&clamps.
Datamp says Patent not found, where did you search?
