I was wondering if anyone could visually identify this grader for me. I am not able to inspect for a stamp or manufacturers name of the frame.

David, this is way out of our focus here but we will try to help you. We have some very well-versed members on antiques.

Didn't take me long to fond this one- http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Antique.Stuff.and.Vintage.Things.661-724-2552/picture/view/3370477

Google "vintage grader" and you'll find plenty.
