A little self promoting
« on: March 25, 2014, 08:52:57 AM »
This is my listing....

It is a rather hard item to list where people will notice it easily, and I know a bunch of you here are interested in stuff from this time frame, so you might be interested...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=281294150139&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

I couldn't even begin to list all the stuff they have in it. I know I need to quit looking at it or I may just have to keep it. If you wonder if something is in it, ask, I'll let you know.

That's a nice catalog. Just a little more than I can afford at the moment. Great reference.

On a side note, I had you saved in my favorite sellers already from some time ago, before the crash of this site.

You had a different screen name on this site, back then!
-Aaron C.

My vintage tool Want list:
Wards Master Quality 1/2" drive sockets (Need size 5/8), long extension, & speeder handle.
-Vlchek WB* series double box wrenches.
-Hinsdale double-box end round shank wrenches.

Yeah, I did. I had a lot going on at about the same time the forum crashed. Life is getting back to "normal" (what ever normal is). I have checked in here regularly, but didn't and still probably don't have a lot to add.
I go in spurts on ebay. Won't list nothing for months, then list what I've saved up. I found it better to take it to Canandaigua Steam show first, then after a couple tries there, try ebay.

I'm getting ready to clean house of a bunch of my extra stuff. Mostly farm implement wrenches, and mostly common stuff. But there is some other stuff mixed in too.

I don't know what it will bring, or even if it will sell at my starting point, but the person that does buy it is going to have so much fun looking at it. I've been looking more at it, found Whitney punches and Whitney Aircraft Rivet squeezers. Anvils, up to      1,000 lbs, It's simply amazing to look at the variety of different stuff this outfit dealt in.

I had a similar catalog , different company. I listed it at Garage journal for $50 and had three buyers in 30
minutes. Give it a try.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

Thanks for the bid Bus. Wish I had known you were interested in it. It will be kind of hard to part with it, interesting reading material. It is headed to somebody in NE though, so you may get to look at it at some point anyway?
