Poor grip as a crescent with the ratchet plug in your palm, and as a ratchet?????????? yikes.
I wouldn't have put my name on it either.
Did I ever tell you guys my own "name scale"?
Goofy names that don't mean anything? Yeah, I have no faith in that article whatever it is. Nobody is taking responsibility, hiding behind a fictitious name.
Town names, Toledo, Chicago, etc. This is a more trustable name. Maybe nobody is personally taking responsibility, but if you make a crappy article with the towns name on it, somebody is likely to kick your ass if its an embarrassing ripoff.
Family names. If you want people to have faith in your product, put you own name on it!
Williams Armstrong Bonney etc etc etc. I have almost never had an item with someone's actual name on it, that was awful.
One time my friend Matthew was opening a jewelry shop. He told me he wanted to call it Wildwood Flower.
I told him, "yeah and it will probably be gone in minutes like a wildwood flower too! If you want people to know who you are, put your own name on it. Post Jewelers sounds just about right to me."
Of course he paid no attention. The shop didn't last either.
He got some business for custom fantasy jewelry, but the wedding rings and expensive watch repair? The bread and butter of a jewelry business? Went elsewhere. Even when it meant driving to the next town.
You need a big Bohemian community to live off fantasy stuff.
Its really too bad too, the boy had talent.
