It'd be nice to see it out of the box, but from what I can see, it looks like my E.C. Stearns scraper.  If you actually have it, bring us some photos of it from various vantage points, and I can go look at my Steans to compare it.

Never used mine (no occasion to do floor scraping, which was their optimal use), but my impression of it is that it's well-designed.
