maun industries

interesting one from maun industries
it appears to be a punch,but also has a cutting blade,normal plier grips
they open with a parralel motion..the cutting blade is replaceable
any ideas?

Not completely sure but it looks like a round belt splicing pliers (like the ones used on old pedal powered sewing machines) I have similar in Bernard brand.

 Doesn't cite any patent. Assume they were after Bernard got his patent for parallel jaw plier. Wonder if he had overseas patent or just USA. Seem to be close copy of his sewing machine belt repair plier.

Round leather belt pliers definitely.

I have about 4 pair and the hogrings to use with them.
