I have straightened up wrenches worst than this lots of times.
Generally, take some from each jaw. The moveable one and the stationary too.
I would start by hammering down the flare or mushroom, open it up (disassemble) and take a fine file and a little time. You can have those jaws closing like a dream again
And if you use care in hammering and padded vise jaws to hold while you work, nobody will ever even know you were there. (who looks at the inside faces of wrench jaws?)
Be sure to attend to the hole where the moving jaw protrutes while you are at it.
Idiots use wrenches for hammers and munge up the hole almost everytime.
