Actually, more than likely the displays are of completed work. Used to show students what is possible. The tools on the board to the far right in photo would be commonly used tools that were probably hand made as well.

Nice examples of chain, hooks, eyebolts, shop tongs, etc.

-Vlchek WB* series double box wrenches.
-Hinsdale double-box end round shank wrenches.
