A WHITIN  NO,  120  10 in doe offset with a rule  size 7.8 x 13 /16 I find no record of whitin
but it is nice looking marking and it has 120 on one end  bob w.

That would be Whitin Machine Works, maker of textile machinery. A company so big they had their own town (Whitinsville,MA) and made their own wrenches for the machines they sold....

I do not, unfortunatly, have a part number catalog(s) for them...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
