Bob, he is selling computer generated image files for art or design work, perhaps for computer game developers. That is not a real wrench.

First thing I thought of was the 3D printer that is being used to make car parts and even working pistols. Not sure if it would be strong enough for a wrench, but if it is carbon fiber, who knows.

Second Life is a very strange and large-scale computer game that people can create their own stuff for. If you are good with a computer, you can make whatever you want I think. Crappy graphics and no plot.
