Craftsman Box
« on: August 30, 2012, 04:13:04 PM »
Just found this little C-man box w/key--first one that I have ever ran across--anyone know for sure what it may have been for or what came with it?  With that domed insignia I'm thinking maybe 1960's??

Looking for USA made ratchets-all sizes-drives and lengths  also S-K SuperKrome wrenches ditto.  Like to trade vs buy run it past me-nothing is cut in stone!

I'd say 1940s-50s. The "crown" logo was introduced in 1959...

I'm guessing it's somehow related to a portable power tool.

The light duty handle, the lock, and the smaller size indicates it to be a simple generic utility box.
