Multi tool with Gator and another "kitchen" tool???

Anyone see either of these before??? no marks of either.

the first is what appears to be a multi tool that includes a gator mouth wrench, a small anvil/hammer, can & bottle opener. Anyone have a clue at what the double row of "teeth" on the bottom would be used for? meat tenderizer? or how about the "teeth" on the side"?

the other has a sharp blade that adjusts by sliding down the flat portion of the shaft. some sort of peeler?? cant figure the offset point.

Do you think the top one had a movable handle that would work the different tools depending on which hole it was attached to?

The bottom one is a can opener.  You insert the point into the center of the can, slide the cutter to the proper location inside the rim depending on the can size, and then work it around.

A Can opener was my thought but couldnt figure the offset point. Now I see it though Thanks!!

This is a can opener I found. Took me months to figure it out. Mine looks a little more institutional/restaurant grade. Yours looks like home tool, but certainly the same principle.

I still dont see how the can opener works but I am interested if it is available

Use the spike on the end to punch a hole roughly in the centre of the end of the can, move the handle through 90 degrees until the cutter touches the end of the can, move it out to the rim, apply pressure to force the cutter through the end (you now have two holes, one in the centre is the pivot, the other is the start of the cut) - grasp can firmly in left hand, pull handle toward you with the right hand and it will start to cut as the cutter follows the outer rim of the end - keep going until back to starting point and the end should come away, held by the centre spike...

Did they make these with double edged blades for left or right hand use??

I did receive this but havent told Fliffy yet, I need to post some photos with my new camera and will do so tomm night or at least over the weekend, BTW the can opener works great, I am literally throwing out every other can opener in the house and will be on the look-out for a few more of these.
