Unknown flat doe s-wrench

Some of us collect old Dodges and flat wrenches.  Some of us just find flat wrenches.  Here is one I found recently. It is a doe, with 1-inch and 11/8"-inch openings (marked 15/16 and 1 respectively).  There is a stamp in the middle which has the word "Made" at the top and a stylized circular H inscribed in a circle.  The wrench is rather crude by today's standards. Can anyone decipher the logo as to who made it, or what it was made for?

looks like Hinsdale to me.

Hinsdale used that mark. I've got a couple of things by them.

Hah!  I didn't know that Hinsdale used that mark. I've only noted the script "Hinsdale" mark before this.  Were the two marks used in the same time period, or did one precede the other?
