The assumption is it came from the same folks at  Park Metalware who produced the XCEL interchangeable head machine wrench sets and other tools invented by John Zilliox of Orchard Park, NY.
It is very like Zilliox's patent no. ( 1,386,217 ) in terms of materials used, manufacturing processes used, etc. -- Stan Schulz
