The handle is pretty pitted, moreso than a brass brush can smooth up.  What's driving your interest, cost?

I know it is rough, but I don't have one and have missed by a few dollars on some lately, so I bought it. Perhaps I paid too much, $48, but free shipping.

Yeah that is one of Jim's, Jim Bode, 21shark. 
  He puts up stuff he doesn't really want to sell, when Ebay has free listing specials.
 Its like his personal museum.  Nobody is going to pay that,
  but he figures it brings up the respect for the stuff he actually does want to sell.
