I am an old VW tech, and during my years, my dealership went out of business and they sold all their tools. At that time, 1985, I purchased a Subito Bore Gauge. This tool has never been used, and still has the paper under the assortment of pieces. It is in a Wooden box with plenty of German craftmanship. The box alone is outstanding!
I am looking to sell it, but have no ideal what I can get for it. I'm sure a local Craigslist guy would be happy to give me much less than it is worth. Most of my tools I am selling I can get an idea price for, but not sure where to go with this one. Except some strange wrenches like Krieger and Plomb. Still searching for homes for those
It is complete except in the lower left hand corner there are 3 of the six flat spacers missing. Other than that, everthing is there and I'm certain this tool has never seen a bore. Instructions are only in German.
Can someone point me to a collector area or group that would be interested in buying this?
thank you very much for your time
