Unusual Clamp

No idea what this is used for, or, came off of!! Seller thought it is military because it is green, that is all he had to say!! I thought maybe  bench clamp, but it would be very limited in its use.mThanks, Lou

Probably fit a piece of channel with key slots for the larger bump on the bottom, spaced for the small one to catch the narrow part of the next key slot.

If you were ambitious, you could make your own bar.

     I think we're on the right track. Possibly used as a jig setup, on a welding or fabrication table? I did see a photo of a welding table with equally spaced holes, I will try to post a link. Let me re-phrase that, " I have posted a link and I hope that it works"
