Myself, I don't think it is the car company. It does not appear to have any kind of FOMOCO  type of parts number to me ?

got me thinking,house where this came from was full of ford parts,guy worked at dealer...loos like this is a shock bushing,maybe i'll push it off,to read extension

Ford car special tools had a lot of interesting things the factory thought the mechanic would use.   Probably half never get used, and sometimes we would find that regular tools worked easier than the specialty stuff.    Never saw anything like this.

its a shock bushing,its a bonney tool,i think,..............,put it back on...good user
