Hello, Shearro. Welcome to Tool Talk. I know that the Kennedy boxes are Made right here in the U.S.A. Not sure where the Waterloo boxes are made, but I doubt they are made in U.S.A. Regards, Lou

I agree with Lou in regards to where Waterloo box's are made. I have a top and bottom Waterloo tool box that I bought in 2002 or 2003 and I think the quality is not all that good.I moved it a couple of times and the drawer slides have given me quite a bit of trouble. I'm still using it so it's not bad enough to throw out but I will not buy that brand again. It smells like China to me.

Hello and Welcome Shearro, Waterloo used to be made here, but I think they went Chinese like most companies. With my experience, the Kennedy boxes are a little heavier than this Waterloo, but for the price, I good.
