I Need Some Help!!!!
« on: August 18, 2018, 06:11:44 PM »
Hello, Piece at top left has in raised figures  F & H 56 on the head of the bolt, and a bunch of other stamped numbers at the top of body, approx. 2" diameter, and as it sets approx. 3-1/2" tall, fine female threads. The wrench at top right is stamped  207 Forged in USA, plus the opening sizes 7/16 and 1/2. The piece at bottom is unmarked, and is non-magnetic, overall length is 5-1/2". At first I thought saw handle, but the bottom of the slot is solid, no place for a blade or file tang to pass through. Thanks, Lou

The top left one looks like a old car "hub" puller number of different threads, most common would be the one that fits old Fords as they sold so many more cars.

Yes , a wheel / hub puller for wooden wheels.
The wrench is a Ford brake wrench to adjust the brakes , they had square head adjusters.
One end is model "A"  cars ,might work on " T" also?  other end is truck and later Ford cars up to '48
The handle looks like its's for hack saw blades, like a jab saw ?
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

I agree on the hub puller and Ford style brake wrench. The handle I have seen before. Maybe a helper handle for a two man saw for falling big trees ?

Hello, Guys . Thanks for the replies. I never would have thought of a puller for wooden wheels!! The brake wrench seems to have been produced by a few of the wrench makers, no markings on this one that i can see, yet, maybe after I get rid of some of the grease. Re; the handle, I doesn't seem like there is enough purchase in the slot to hold a blade steady parallel to the handle. I like the idea of the handle perpendicular to a blade??? Thanks again, Lou

Hello, I was looking at the handle for markings, and after cleaning, I can say for sure it is Nickel Plated Brass.. Possibly medical or dental? Regards, Lou
