Hand Saw Diamond Mark
« on: March 31, 2018, 08:35:20 PM »
Hello all,
I recently picked up a nice little hand saw, mostly because it is about a 14 TPI and not something I have.  The only mark I can find on it is this diamond shape.  Just wondering if anyone can attribute this to a particular maker.

Thanks!
BuddyC

Picture's too small for me to read the mark.

Thanks Papaw.

On the medallion, I was holding that in reserve to try and not prejudice the replies.   The large medallion is an oval Craftsman medallion.  No other marks or etchings on the blade.

Trying pics again.  Got a chance to take photos of the saw itself.  From what I gather it is a Craftsman Carpenter's Chest Saw.  Small enough to fit in a tool chest.  It has the Craftsman oval logo with the long C

Sorry, looks small again to me. Full sized photos.  Must be a Flicker something.  Works fine on other sites.
