I have always sorted Q wrenches into the 'Dodge Bros'  box.

Is this correct? are all Q wrenches Dodge?

It is always hazardous to state 'all X is Y'

The best I can say is I haven't seen a wrench in that type that is numbered Qxxx that someone stated was for something else.

Ideally , one should work only from a list of particular (Q) numbers whose purpose is known, but I have never seen such a list for Dodge.....(hint)

I would be very wary making that statment for any other type of wrench as well, farm wrenches for example use all kinds of weird letter/number combinations, there are probably Q something farm wrenches *somewhere*  (Bus may know)

As to the ebay wrench, I see these too often to value them much over a dollar or two....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
