And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

At least you got past Lance.
Do you get to lick the saber before it gets washed?

Sabers are for sissies in striped blue pants.
We each got a Ka-Bar, and it was every man for himself.
Sometimes the cake got a little pink, though.

The tradition in this town has a large cake carried into the large Court Room in the Federal Building where the Senior Judge along with his Juniors march in with their sabers to do the honors.  First served are widows of Marines.  Anybody wishing to argue about it could find an 87 year old Jarhead in blues can do more than cut cake with that saber.

The singing does leave some to be desired.
