Can any of you fellows point me to the patent info for the Plomb tik-tok ratchet?

The 5449, etc.

And Alloy Artifacts references 1921 Eagle patent #1,380,643, which is for handle design.

Thanks so much.  Who would have thought of putting the selector at the base of the handle!
One inventor from Waco, and one from Worcester.
Both patents are so interesting.
