Help ID This Wrench Please

I've been cleaning and sorting through our "new" home that has old tools in the toolshed. This is one I need some help with. Any guesses?

Also, I found a Planet Jr #3 cutout and wondered about the age. Anyone know the last year they were made?

 Heres one just a tad shorter but looks like your wrench. Only identity I have is probably for a beer dispenser and I don't have the company name.
