Pliers & a "don't know".
« on: January 02, 2021, 01:32:52 PM »

Hello all.  Below are a couple of small pairs of pliers (6"), are they for electrical terminal nuts?

And can anyone tell me what this is for?  6" from tip to tip, square tapers.

Thanks.

I think the top two are gas jet pliers probably for old gas appliances.

Yes, that would make sense since gas water heaters were in pretty much every household some years ago here in Spain.

    Thanks.

I think the other one is a faucet seat wrench.

I’ve always been told they were blacksmiths reamers. Just stick it in a hole and rotate it back and forth to open a bolt or Ricky hole!

Hope this helps, Bill D.
